Here is a temporary area for PRISM images

Heike and I are living in our own little house in the nicest spot of Albany, California. (The address is 1054 Tevlin Ave., Albany, CA, 94706)

If you ever want to try to find us you should take a look at this map.

Our house is currently growing. Check it out!

I am working at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in the Design Group

Currently I am establishing a teststand for hi-rho CCDs.

This work is part of the SNAP (Supernova Acceleration Probe) project.

One of the efforts is packaging of 2kx2k CCDs in 4-side abuttable packages. Here is a sample of a bonded 2kx2k on a molybdenum mount.

I wrote my masters thesis about the testing of the AToM chip. This postscript file contains a description of the chip, its environment, the software used for testing as well as the test results.

Here I am sitting at my desk, in a windowless office, on a perfectly sunny day...

Personal:

In my spare time I go backpacking, climbing, biking on or off road, xc-skiing, swimming, and anything else under the California sun. Most of my friends can be found in the Cal Hiking and Outdoor Society

My bookmarks for easy reference....
