WestEd would like a group of teachers to look at a set of criteria for good science teaching. 4 hours, $50, including dinner/lunch Location at a house in North Berkeley Suggested times: Saturday morning 1/4 Tuesday evening 1/7 Wednesday evening 1/8 Thursday evening 1/9 Suggested morning time 9 - 1 or 10 - 2 Suggested evening times 4 - 8 or 5 - 9 Let me know if any of these times are good. If you are interested but cannot make any of those times, forward your interest to me or to WestEd, and we'll see if another group is available. Talk to other teachers about this: it would be nice to have a group of at least 5 or 6. I hope you have a good year ahead, Karen
